Gluten free buns and GF menu options NOW AVAILABLE Burger Edge are proud to announce that they have partnered up with Silly Yak Foods in order to provide a gluten free offering in all Burger Edge stores.
After extensive product development and trials, Silly Yak Foods have developed a proprietary product which completely meets the requirements of Burger Edge for a high quality, palatable, easy handling burger bun which is 100% wheat free, 100% gluten free and 100% peanut free. The new burger bun will be manufactured exclusively for Burger Edge by Silly Yak Foods and is available in all Burger Edge stores from Saturday the 10th of July 2010.
Please note that Burger Edge stores are not gluten free environments. While all reasonable precautions are being taken, there is the possibility that cross contamination may occur during the toasting process or during the assembly of the burger. . Customers should refer to the Burger Edge Allergen Information Sheet for detailed information about which ingredients are appropriate for their personal circumstances.

She will share her carefully researched methods for cooking simple and delicious gluten free food – just as you remember recipes used to taste. These are recipes Heather uses daily for her family cooking, all with ingredients from the supermarket.

"I Love Chocolate" – Thursday 23 September, 7 to 9 pm.
This class includes all things chocolate such as Chocolate Brownies, Ten Minute Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Meringue Torte.
"What's For Lunch?" – Wednesday 29 September, 1.30 to 3.30 pm.
Let Heather provide some tasty solutions to this dilemma. Featuring Potato and Herb Gratin, Mushroom and Spinach Brown Rice Risotto, Vegetable Bhajis (spiced fritters).
"Delicious Desserts – They Really Are Gluten Free!" – Thursday 7 October, 7 to 9 pm.
Includes Caramel Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce, Lemon Delicious Pudding and Sticky Date Pudding.
Taste all the dishes, pick up hints during class, then take home the recipes.
